The PASR Butler Chapter has about 425 members. Our members were public school or BC3 retirees who worked in public schools in any capacity. Associate members can be spouses of members. Most of our members worked in Butler County. New or potential members are welcomed to have a free meal at the first luncheon attended. Certificate of Appreciation Veronica Rozic was honored for service as PASR Region 8 director, by Exec. Director Mark McKillop	October 16-17, 2016 PASR State Leadership Conference was held October 17-18, 2016. Attending from chapter were Peg Harding and Mary K. Davis, and in the center, Veronica Rozic as Region Director.
Polly Shaw, Peg Harding Polly was recognized at the March 2016 meeting as the 2015 Butler Chapter Volunteer of the Year	SRHS grant winner Eleanor Shaw won an Educational Support Grant for $500 which was presented at the Slippery Rock High School Awards Day in June 2012.

Luncheon Our meals are prepared by the Monroe Hotel and are served buffet style.	Buffet Line Salads are always a choice, too.

Volunteer 2013 Peg Harding announced that Kathleen Gardina was selected as 2013 Volunteer of the Year.	Wisconsin Dell House-0n-the-Rock The Butler Chapter sponsored a trip in 2014 to the Wisconsin River area, including a visit to the House-on-the Rock.
